We're on a roll with the non-dinosaurs here. This toothy fellow is called a Mosasaurus, a 50 foot long reptile who prowled the oceans while T.rex stalked the land.  

The mosasaurus was the apex predator of the cretaceous oceans, a real life sea monster that no doubt chomped on everything from fish and sharks to wayward dinosaurs.
